A church building for St Ephraim's

A suitable-sized property near the centre of Cambridge could cost anywhere between half to more than a million pounds. Even at this price, some properties might need a complete rebuild, although we would ideally find a property that could be converted for use as a church.
We need to raise at least £500,000 to buy, and in time refurbish, a building. If we are to meet this, we each need to look carefully at our situations, and decide whether it is in terms of hundreds, or in terms of thousands of extra pounds that we can give.
